Service scope and eligibility
WonderWP provides software, automation workflows, support surfaces, and operational tools for managing WordPress portfolios. You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials under your control, and use the platform only for lawful business or operational purposes.
Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for the sites, infrastructure, credentials, content, and permissions they connect to the platform. You must not use WonderWP to violate law, infringe rights, deliver malware, abuse connected services, or bypass commercial or security controls.
Billing, suspension, and termination
Paid access is governed by the subscribed package, active add-ons, and any order-specific commercial terms communicated during onboarding, invoicing, or renewal. WonderWP may suspend or limit access for non-payment, material abuse, security risk, or legal necessity, with commercially reasonable notice when circumstances allow.
Governing framework and notices
Unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, these public terms apply together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any product-specific order documents. Regulatory, privacy, or contractual notices may be delivered by email, in-product notification, or the contact channels provided during onboarding.
